These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Vegan Travel Toolkit membership and related materials operated by Plant-Based Resource. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who we are Plant-Based Resource provides the Vegan Travel Toolkit, a set of digital tools, checklists, content, and resources to help plan vegan travel. Contact us at support@vegantraveltoolkit.com.

2) Eligibility & accounts You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location). You are responsible for the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) What you’re buying (license & access) When you purchase access, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own travel planning. You may not resell, share, publish, or redistribute content, downloads, or account access.

Lifetime access is currently sold as a one-time purchase (no recurring billing). We may add new features, retire features, or make updates at any time. Where feasible, we’ll aim to keep like-for-like access to the materials you purchased.

4) Delivery After purchase, you’ll be redirected to a Thank-You/Delivery page and/or receive an email with access instructions. If you don’t receive access within 15 minutes, contact support@vegantraveltoolkit.com.

5) Pricing, taxes & billing Our products are sold securely through ClickBank, an authorized retailer. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. ClickBank handles all applicable taxes, duties, or fees at checkout. If you use coupon codes or promotions, those apply only as explicitly described and may be withdrawn at any time.

6) Acceptable use You agree not to:

• Share your account or access credentials.

• Copy, distribute, or make derivative works of the content without permission.

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

7) Intellectual property All content in the Vegan Travel Toolkit—including text, designs, tools, software, templates, images, videos, and downloads—is owned by Plant-Based Resource or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8) Travel, health & third-party disclaimers

• Informational use only: The Service provides travel planning information and tools. It is not legal, medical, or professional advice.

• Allergy/food safety: Always verify ingredients, cross-contamination risks, and local food handling practices directly with venues.

• Third-party services: The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, maps, booking sites, or resources. We don’t control or guarantee third-party accuracy, availability, pricing, or policies.

• Affiliate disclosure: We may receive a commission if you purchase through some external links. This comes at no extra cost to you.

9) Availability & changes We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10) User feedback If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate them without obligation to you.

11) Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with notice if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive termination.

12) Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13) Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANT-BASED RESOURCE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted.

14) Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plant-Based Resource from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15) Privacy Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

16) Governing law & venue These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ireland located in Dublin, Ireland for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or UK, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

17) Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
